Sample Portion of the narrative report
One area of soffit vent under the front porch needs to be resecured to prevent pests and vermin from finding their way in and making nests and causing damage to the soffit area.

The home is not equipped with gutters.
There was no visible evidence of water damage or current leaks in the soffit, fascia, attic or in the interior ceilings of the home.
ELECTRICAL SYSTEM
Caution should be exercised when attempting electrical repairs if the repair person is not a licensed electrician. The home’s power supply should be turned off prior to beginning any repairs, no matter how small the repair may seem. Aluminum wiring requires periodic inspection and maintenance by a licensed electrical contractor. Inoperative light fixtures often lack bulbs or have dead bulbs installed. Smoke alarms should be installed within 15 feet of all bedroom doors. Monthly or weekly testing is recommended.
Exterior
The 120/240-volt Florida Power service to the home is overhead with the main service cable attached to a weatherhead.
The mast, weatherhead and service cable had no obvious flaws.
The electrical service box rating was not determined, but the service was rated at 100 amps and the box was securely mounted on the exterior wall. The box appears to be original with the home. The box cover was removed for inspection, and the box showed no evidence of overheating or arcing and all connections appeared tight.
The meter can has no obvious flaws, and is grounded via a copper ground line clamped to a grounding stake buried in the soil.
The telephone service and cable TV service shared this common electrical ground.
